That search brought me back to tallow.

Used for centuries across cultures for both skin and hair, grass-fed, grass-finished tallow is rich in essential fatty acids and naturally occurring vitamins that closely mirror the body’s own composition. Its compatibility, effectiveness, and simplicity felt undeniable — yet it was nearly absent from modern hair care.
