Returns & Refunds
At Veil Hair Care, our products are handcrafted in small batches using carefully selected ingredients. Because our products are personal-care items, we maintain the following return policy to protect the quality, freshness, and hygiene of our products.
We accept returns of unused and unopened products within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and unopened.
- The product must be in its original packaging and condition.
- You must contact us within 7 days of delivery before sending anything back.
- Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item was damaged during shipment or we made an error with the order.
Once an approved return is received and inspected, any applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or you believe you received a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

We ask that customers contact us before opening a payment dispute or chargeback, so that we have an opportunity to investigate the concern and work toward a resolution.
Cancellations
Because we process and ship orders quickly, There’s a 15 minute window after you place the order, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at veilhaircare@gmail.com. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to accommodate the request.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be guaranteed that the order can be canceled.
